1. Acceptance
By accessing or using ArrowISE, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
ArrowISE provides a compliance workflow tool for healthcare organizations to track physician arrangements, monitor FMV opinions, validate safe harbor and Stark exception documentation, and generate audit-ready reports. ArrowISE is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. All compliance decisions should be reviewed by qualified healthcare counsel.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for: the accuracy of arrangement data entered into the platform, ensuring appropriate use by authorized personnel, and maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.
4. Intellectual Property
ArrowISE's platform, including its compliance schema library, risk scoring methodology, and software, is proprietary to ArrowISE, Inc. Users retain ownership of all arrangement data they enter into the platform.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS." ARROWISE MAKES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY OF REGULATORY CONTENT OR THE LEGAL SUFFICIENCY OF GENERATED DOCUMENTATION. OUTPUT SHOULD BE REVIEWED BY QUALIFIED HEALTHCARE COUNSEL BEFORE RELIANCE.
6. Limitation of Liability
ArrowISE's liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer in the 12 months preceding the claim. ArrowISE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including regulatory fines or penalties.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
