ArrowISE, Inc. ("ArrowISE," "we," "us") operates getarrowise.com and the ArrowISE compliance workflow platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information provided by users of our website and platform.
2. Information We Collect
Website visitors: We collect email addresses, names, and professional roles when submitted through our contact forms and trial signup forms.
Platform users: We collect the arrangement data, FMV opinion records, compliance checklist entries, and user account information that customers enter into the platform. This data is used exclusively to provide the ArrowISE compliance workflow service.
We do NOT collect: Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA, patient clinical data, or any patient-identifiable information.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve the ArrowISE platform
- To send transactional emails related to your account
- To send product updates and compliance insights (with your consent)
- To respond to support requests and inquiries
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data Retention
We retain customer arrangement data for the duration of the customer relationship and for a period of 7 years following contract termination, consistent with False Claims Act statute of limitations requirements.

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, and role-based access controls. See our Security page for full details.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting privacy@getarrowise.com. We respond to all requests within 30 days.
